ACL Valuers Ltd is an independent valuation and consultancy firm which formed in 2004. We provide an Auckland wide service from Orewa to Pukekohe.
Our senior valuers have previously worked for major New Zealand banks and understand their requirements. This is a key point of difference between ACL and other valuation companies.
Luke is a registered valuer with 25 years experience, including 21 years in Auckland. Within the Property Institute of New Zealand, he holds ANZIV/SPINZ status. He has experience in all parts of the residential market as well as industrial. Past experience includes being the Supervising Valuer for ASB Bank and providing in-house technical advice to ANZ National Bank. He has specialist knowledge in the area of land subdivisions.
Milee commenced her valuation career in ACL Valuers as a part-time Valuer Assistant since 2014 when she started her Bachelor study (Valuation and Property Management) at Massey University. She completed her degree in 2016 graduating as a Dean Scholar and receiving many academic excellence awards including R.M. McGough Prize in Valuation, and Property Institute of New Zealand Student of the Year for Top Graduating Student – joint winner. Milee officially joined ACL Valuers in March 2017 and is now undertaking a range of residential and commercial valuations throughout the wider Auckland market. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. To Milee, the fundamentals for valuation practice are accuracy, relevant information, timing and a high standard of customer service.
Joshua commenced his valuation career in Whangarei in the end of 2008. He was predominantly involved in the residential sector in Whangarei City, and he joined ACL Valuers in August of 2011, having completed a Bachelor of Business Studies(Valuation & Property Management) and a Graduated Diploma in Business Studies(Finance). Joshua is valuing in the residential and commercial sectors while working towards registration. Joshua’s interest all outdoor actives in particular fishing and golf and he is fluent in Korean.
Debbie joined our valuation team in August 2011. She has acquired many property related skills in her role as part-owner of a small commercial property company. She decided to pursue her passion for property and completed a BBS (Property & Valuation) from Massey University in 2011 graduating as a Massey Scholar and receiving many academic excellence awards including Property Institute of New Zealand student of the year 2011 and Massey scholar. Debbie consults with Luke Comely in research and IT areas.
